Discovering the wonders of Australia and rubbing shoulders with influential figures has been a truly rewarding experience throughout my journey in the hospitality and real estate sectors. It all began in the vibrant neighbourhood of Redfern, Sydney, where I dedicated a decade to working in a family-owned hotel. This invaluable experience paved the way for an incredible opportunity to manage the renowned Lorne Hotel, located on the breathtaking Great Ocean Road in Victoria, which is presently owned by the esteemed Justin Hemms.

However, my career took a momentous turn when Terry Board, a prominent broker based in Melbourne, approached me with an enticing proposition. Terry invited me to join the prestigious T.J. BOARD & SONS team, specialising in hotel sales in Queensland. Embracing this new chapter, I relocated to the coastal paradise of Broadbeach, where I successfully facilitated multiple noteworthy sales to esteemed clients, including the esteemed Bruce Mathieson senior and ALH. Notably, one of the most remarkable sales I orchestrated was the Blue Mountains Hotel in Toowoomba, which eventually became my base of operations.

Over the course of my career, I have been privileged to be involved in the sale of numerous distinguished hotels across the country. From the historic Hotel Victory in Cooroy to the iconic Canungra Hotel, and from the enchanting Kondari Hotel in Hervey Bay to the bustling Bay Central in the same region, my journey has been filled with remarkable locations and remarkable people. Additionally, I have had the pleasure of overseeing the sale of the Shamrock Hotel/Motel in Toowoomba and the Hotel Victory in Cecil Plains, each with their own unique charm and character.

Now, armed with a full real estate license and an abundance of experience, I am thrilled to embark on my own venture under the banner of SGW HOTELS. This new chapter in my professional journey fills me with excitement as I eagerly anticipate connecting with aspiring hoteliers and continuing to explore the endless opportunities this vibrant industry has to offer.
